Always free shipping for orders over $100.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number.

We ship packages within 2-3 business days of receipt of order. Sometimes the package will be delayed, especially international shipping. 

Buyers must ensure that the delivery address is accurate. If the package is returned due to inaccurate address, the shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

Returns

Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.

All sale items are final purchases.

Non-Returnable Items:

For the hygiene and safety of our customers, certain items are deemed non-returnable. These include but are not limited to:

Briefs, panties, and thongs.
Hosiery including stockings, sockings, and tights.
Adhesive bras and certain lingerie accessories.
Any item that has been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
