Return Policy:

Roselipt accepts returns of unworn merchandise with original tags within 14 days of shipment. Items with signs of wear (deodorant marks, pet hair, missing tags, odors) won't be accepted due to hygiene concerns. We recommend trying on purchases over your own underwear.

Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect it for new condition within 10 business days. If approved, you'll be notified by email about your refund or store credit.

Please note: Roselipt may refuse returns for items that are worn, damaged, or don't follow our return policy. In such cases, we'll cancel your return and send the item back to you using standard shipping.

Return Fees:

    • A $12 return fee applies to all refunded returns.

Return Options:

    • Full-priced items: You can choose a refund, exchange, or store credit.
    • Sale items: Exchange or store credit only.
    • Final Sale items: Non-returnable.

    Damaged Items or Missing Tags:

    We understand mistakes can happen. If you receive a damaged item or one with missing tags, please contact us immediately via email or chat. We'll be happy to arrange a replacement or full refund for you.

    Important Note:

    • Returns processed outside our system won't be accepted.
    • To ensure a smooth return process, please contact us before returning any damaged or incorrectly tagged items.

    Non-Returnable Items:

    For the hygiene and safety of our customers, certain items are deemed non-returnable. These include but are not limited to:

    Briefs, panties, and thongs.
    Hosiery including stockings, sockings, and tights.
    Adhesive bras and certain lingerie accessories.
    Any item that has been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
